We bought our condo right before the 2008 economy crash and soon after our builder went bankrupt. A few years later a new builder finished the community with far less amenities once again dragging our house prices lower. We kept the home as a rental for 12 years. When it came time to finally sell, I knew who we wanted as our realtor because I had been following Erica's career. I didn't even give my hubby a choice, I told him this gal is on fire, she's a selling machine! What you know going into a business relationship with Erica is that she has allot of clients so you are prepared to receive slightly delayed responses but she was already prepared to prevent that from happening and has a top notch, intelligent staff. There were NO delayed responses. She was actually waiting on us sometimes! We enjoy buying & selling properties and I'm not exaggerating that I was STUNNED how quickly her team had the paperwork done. With us being out of state she handled arranging contractors to update our home even offered her personal Lowes card to save us 5% on a new shower. Again...STUNNED!! There are SO many reasons why you should hire her but if I had to pick one it's that she understood that we needed an informed buyer who would know they were getting better amenities, a better built house. Erica got us the highest priced townhome in the community and she walked thru the home with the appraiser ensuring he understood and saw all the upgrades. I'm telling you if you don't go with Erica you will lose money! I can't thank her enough for all her help!
