Given the current state ot the Real Estate market in Yuma Az, it's very easy for home buyers to fall through the cracks and become insignificant after receiving an accepted offer on a home. Busy realtors can simply move on to the next buyer and let the purchasing process continue on with very little communications between the buyer and realator. This was definitely not the case with Erica. Erica went out of her way to keep me informed throughout the building process and send me updates and pictures regularly.
