Hiring Mrs. Rivera to sell my home in Yuma was the best decision I could have possibly made when I learned I was getting a work relocation out-of-state. She promptly showed up at my home after I initially contacted her, gave me recommendations I should do to have my home looking its best before she put it up for sale, FOUND ME A BUYER BEFORE SHE EVEN LISTED IT (an offer for $5K more than the asking price), and was in constant contact with me every step of the way. When the home inspection & appraisals were done, both the buyer and the appraiser came back with things that needed to be fixed in order to make the sale happen. Mrs. Rivera was right there to point me in the direction of reasonably priced local people that could correct the issues. I needed to begin my move out-of-state before the closing of my home and she made sure I had my portion of the title paperwork signed and completed before I left. My confidence turned to vindication when my sale was finalized shortly after I arrived at my new home.
