I interviewed 3 agents after hiring one that wasn’t knowledgeable. Erica was my final agent of the 3 and during her initial visit, I cried. She was professional, friendly, but so matter of fact. I appreciated she didn’t tell me what “I wanted to hear”. She was honest and critical of the home. I appreciated her recommendations and attention to detail. I cried because I felt overwhelmed but hired her through the tears. She was knowledgeable, educated me, and moved quickly in the transactions for the sell. She never left my side throughout the process. I had open access to her and she always kept me informed. Although recommendations were made, she reminded me that the decision is mine! I’m so blessed and grateful that she was recommended. I will be sure to refer her to anyone and I continue to praise her and her team!

We first met Erica in 2020 when she helped us buy our first home while we were stationed in Washington State. We were unable to travel due to Covid restrictions and she worked closely with us to buy our house remotely which should have been a stressful process but was one of easiest things we have done as a military family. Fast forward three years, and we are working with her again! She just sold our house and got us everything we wanted. Again, it was a very easy process (almost too easy). We are also working with her to buy our dream home which has been a bit stressful but Erica has made the process as smooth as it can be! It’s evident that Erica is passionate about her job. Erica is by far the best realtor I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable, patient and overall extremely honest about everything that she says. My husband and were extremely new to the process of selling and she had our back the whole time by explaining processes and things happening in the "background". After making a last minute decision to sell, she helped us sell our home in less than 1 month! She worked with us every step of the way and answered any/all questions we had with no hesitation. This was our first home and as you know it can be a stressful process , we are a military family & was at the time living in WA so we were not in the state to see the home in person before we purchased but Erica made it so easy and less stressful for us with pictures and videos and video calls. She was on top of everything . Any questions or concerns I had (I had MANY questions) she was always there to answer promptly. It was such a smooth process!
