She came prepared when we met with comps and what we should do to sell quickly. We were only on the market for 18 days with a good offer. She has a great move out cleaner and contacts for people who will do repairs if needed. I would be clear to make sure agent notes fit what you request (as is, as is and not listed to do fha repairs) that was the only “issue” we had. Other than that communication was great, we didn’t have complaints. Erica was a great realtor and would recommend her fully.
