Navy vet, moved from MD to Florida, Erica and Ariana did virtual walkthroughs on multiple properties for me, met with my family to do walkthroughs as well. I have never purchased a house without having been physical in the house but this duo made me feel comfortable and handled everything from walkthroughs, inspections, dealing with extras like fencing and being the lynch pin between myself, the builders and the sellers.
