I interviewed 3 agents after hiring one that wasn’t knowledgeable. Erica was my final agent of the 3 and during her initial visit, I cried. She was professional, friendly, but so matter of fact. I appreciated she didn’t tell me what “I wanted to hear”. She was honest and critical of the home. I appreciated her recommendations and attention to detail.
