Erica and Josh were recommended to me, an out-of-town owner of a Tucson house I wanted to sell. They were the perfect choice! Josh handled my sale, and did an excellent job steering me in the right direction with helping my tenant move out, making needed upgrades, and marketing the house. Being a thousand miles away, I really appreciated how he frequently updated me on buyer interest and feedback. We did drop our price along the way, but got a very nice sale in the end. He made it easy, with deep market knowledge, excellent advice, and a friendly, professional manner.
