Sale of Investment Property

I would recommend Erica and team for the sale of your investment property. This is one of two duplexes which we sold to a single buyer. Erica checked each Buyer to evaluate their ability to close without issue. She contacted their financing and made recommendations. In the end we ended up doing "Seller Financing" to improve our capital gains position, and they helped us understand and set that up as well. We were happy to have had a team to explain and assist with that type of sale.
