Coming from Oregon I contacted Erica early April to plan out our move in September. She took me by the hand and lead the way in confidence. This was an experience like no other. Erica and her team worked hard to see this sale through to the end, all done online and on the phone, except for the actual signing. It was up and down a lot because the buyers were not specific nor timely enough with details. We even had to make sure the buyers weren’t scammers. I would recommend Erica and team for the sale of your investment property. This is one of two duplexes which we sold to a single buyer. Erica checked each Buyer to evaluate their ability to close without issue. She contacted their financing and made recommendations. In the end we ended up doing "Seller Financing" to improve our capital gains position, and they helped us understand and set that up as well. We were happy to have had a team to explain and assist with that type of sale.
Erica and team were quick and responsive. They really vetted Buyers so as not to spend time on "tire kickers". Erica checked Buyers financing for smooth transactions, and we were able to make informed decisions regarding which to accept. This is one of two duplexes, and we wished to sell to the same buyer.
