Erica was such a joy to work with. She made herself available to give advice and answer our questions whenever we needed her. She created very professional marketing flyers and organized open houses to get our home under contract within 2 days! As offers came in, she took the time to comb through them and helped us make an informed decision on which offer best filled our needs. I am a mortgage lender and work with realtors regularly. Erica's knowledge of mortgage lending, interest rates, and trending markets are the main reasons why she stood out to me. We searched on line for a year in Arizona to find a home and Erica did numerous video walk throughs with us as we were still in Colorado.
