I found Erica from reading reviews and doing research. For those of you who are doing the same, please read. We contacted Erica after interviewing several other agents based on reviews; it was an instant fit. She clearly had superior knowledge of the Denver and South area of which we had little current experience and her professionalism and communication skills were apparent from the first conversation. After months of doing our own home research, with Erica's help, we focused in on the property we wanted to buy. As our Buyer's Agent, she was diligent, informed, and skilled with negotiations. What we thought was going to be a reasonably smooth transaction started to go off the rails as we discovered we were dealing with a volatile seller after the inspection brought issues to our attention that we never would have uncovered on our own. Erica was there at every step to represent our best interests at all times. She is professional, direct, and has skills and Colorado contract knowledge that is unequalled. After resolving our inspection issues with seller through Seller's Agent, we hit more snags that she jumped in and resolved once again. In addition to all the other great things I can say from experience with Erica, I should add that she is extremely level-headed, compassionate and has a great sense of humor which is sometimes needed in the midst of a difficult transaction. Through my career, I have worked with literally hundred of agents. My experience has been that there are many poor agents, many more mediocre agents and only a small handful who fit into the exceptional category. Erica is one of the very few exceptional ones. If you choose to work with her, you can be confident you have chosen the best of the best.

Erica came highly regarded from our friends who recently moved to the area and she was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were first time home buyers and from the very beginning, Erica made us feel comfortable with the process and didn't put any pressure on us to buy a house or go above our price range. Erica was such a joy to work with. She made herself available to give advice and answer our questions whenever we needed her. She created very professional marketing flyers and organized open houses to get our home under contract within 2 days! As offers came in, she took the time to comb through them and helped us make an informed decision on which offer best filled our needs. I am a mortgage lender and work with realtors regularly.
