Erica and Jenny were fantastic throughout the entire process. This was our first time working with agents, as well as our first time selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had plenty of questions and no real idea what to expect. From day one, Erica made us feel taken care of. Our home went on the market after several competing properties and sold while many of those homes were still listed. The buying side was just as smooth. Offers, counteroffers, inspections, corrections, contingencies, occupancy arrangements, and communication between multiple parties were all handled without making us feel like we had to manage every moving part ourselves. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home.
