He had everything lined up to have pictures, video, market prep all ready in a few days. We gained a week+ due to this. Quickest in history a property had ever been listed. Then we had an open house and offer’s immediately. A few hiccups along the way but Eric was quick to address and rectify them quickly due to his extensive knowledge of the area and contacts. We had several inspection issues and a the last minute an unexpected open permit from 2002! No problem, taken care of by Eric over the weekend with the county! Absolutely incredible service. Eric achieved our ultimate goal and we are now in our new home before school starts.

Eric assisted me with the sale of my home. I discovered him through recent home sales in my neighborhood and took a shot in the dark; I’m glad I did! I found him to be kind, knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, diligent, and well informed. He expertly and patiently answered my frequent questions and helped me come up with a reasonable asking price. Eric was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and honest regarding his suggestions of home improvements that would/wouldn’t add value to the sale of my home. His help with obtaining multiple quotes, facilitating/coordinating with contractors was a godsend as it provided much needed relief during a difficult period of life. Although there were minor a setbacks, out of Eric’s control of course, my house sold at a price everyone was happy with and the closing process was smooth. Is there a better agent than Eric Timmons? Eric kept us informed through out the entire selling process. Gave great advice on how best to get the house in the best position to sell. Over all else, Eric took personal responsibility to make repairs and other minor improvements using his own tools and labor. Always pick a realtor that drives a pick up truck! He handled everything during the process and got the price we originally hoped for on the house.
Eric went the extra mile everyday. He communicated, always answered the phone (true customer service) and even though I'm sure we were not his only customer but he was always there for us. He also was so knowledgeable about the process of buying and selling your home. If you want a realtor to go the extra mile and be with you every step of the way. Eric is your guy.
