Then we had an open house and offer’s immediately. A few hiccups along the way but Eric was quick to address and rectify them quickly due to his extensive knowledge of the area and contacts. We had several inspection issues and a the last minute an unexpected open permit from 2002! No problem, taken care of by Eric over the weekend with the county! Absolutely incredible service. Eric achieved our ultimate goal and we are now in our new home before school starts.

Eric assisted me with the sale of my home. I discovered him through recent home sales in my neighborhood and took a shot in the dark; I’m glad I did! I found him to be kind, knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, diligent, and well informed. Eric kept us informed through out the entire selling process. Gave great advice on how best to get the house in the best position to sell. Over all else, Eric took personal responsibility to make repairs and other minor improvements using his own tools and labor. Always pick a realtor that drives a pick up truck! He handled everything during the process and got the price we originally hoped for on the house.
