Eric did an outstanding job as our realtor. He helped us sell a property in a very difficult market. The photography was excellent and he marketed our property in multiple locations. No car, no telephone, no home. I expected the agent would just say, Sorry, then disappear until I contacted him. That was NOT the case with this person. Let it suffice to say, I'M 74, I still work, this was a crushing blow to me emotionally and financially. As this was to so many people, but I quickly learned about my "Agent". This person not only stayed in touch with me but he personally started tearing into the mess and shambles that was left of my home and belongings. I was flabbergasted! This went on everyday until it was done, then he asked if I wanted to sell it as is. I thought he was kidding, but NO, he was serious. He reworked my MLS listing showing before and after pictures and hit an amazing offer for the property and it closed in two weeks. I didn't make enough money to buy another house, but it's enough to keep my head above water until my flood insurance pays. Eric did a great job selling our house in a really tough market with almost nothing selling. As of the close on our house, still 21 actives listings with only 3 being sold in our area. We had other sales fall-though due to buyer financing and low-ball offers. Through it all, Eric was responsive, much more patient than we were, went above and beyond by going to our house while repairs were being done since we do not live in Florida, helping us find reputable and cost-effective repair companies, provided regular market assessments, and helpful recommendations. Through it all, Eric got our house sold when others are still not getting any traction. We would definitely want to work with Eric if we ever wanted to buy or sell again.
