Each of the transactions had unique problems. My wife was responsible for the sale of her Mom and Dads condo, which Eric handled. Her parents being in their late 80's were not always cooperative and they tested everyone's patients. Eric could not have handled it better. Eric, with no gain for himself, assisted us and our daughter find and get through the home buying process for a house in Jacksonville. We had numerous questions on this transaction he was able to put to rest. In the recent purchase of a condo Eric got us through bad communication between the Condo Association and the Management group. His advice on repairs prior to the sale of our rental property made it sell quickly at premium price. I recommend him to friend and neighbors because he is knowledgeable, thorough and patient.

Eric was great. He did everything possible to facilitate my purchase of the property. He walked me thru each step, referring me to home inspectors to choose from, addressing repair issues with the sellers, recommending a homeowner's insurance agent, etc. What I really appreciated was his transparency, letting me know in advance how much the property tax would increase by next year. I did this process completely remotely and he called me or emailed me weekly with updates during the 3 mos from application to closing. He even provided information I requested on common ways to hold title in Florida. He made himself available to my phone calls at night and on weekends. I would recommend him and use him again if I buy or sell real estate in the future. He made an extremely stressful process much less stressful.

Buying a home with Eric was such and easy and convenient process. As a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed right up until my first interaction with Eric. He explained the process to me, and addressed any questions I had. He went right to work looking for my dream home with the minimal budget I gave him, and managed to land me an amazing new construction home that is already worth tens of thousands more than the cost of what I paid. I am absolutely in love with it and I can't ever thank Eric enough for making it such a smooth and easy process. He took me to a couple other listings and came super prepared with tons of information on the community, the property in question, sinkhole claims in the local area, and more to help me make an informed decision on each house. Putting in an offer was easy, and he provided excellent suggestions to help me place a winning bid. When I did decide on purchasing a new construction he offered valuable insight on add ons that would best increase my resale value as that was a concern of mine. I cannot recommend him enough, and would certainly use him again if I ever needed to move.
