Eric is the BEST! We were so fortunate that he was referred to us. He helped us with selling our townhouse which we ended up getting more than the asking price. It also sold in just a couple of days. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Eric also helped us with purchasing our new home which was new construction. He helped us navigate through all of the details and was extremely knowledgeable. He has 19 years of experience and it definitely shows! he really knows the real estate business inside and out. Eric answered all of our questions and took the time to really listen to us. If we needed anything he was there throughout the whole process helping us to make informed decisions.
