Highly recommend Eric Kelly in the land buying process! He was extremely knowledgable, kept the timeline on track. He even went to the property several times by himself to make sure he had the layout down, made recommendations for well and septic companies- contacted them and set things up making my life WAY easier. Very personable and always able to get in touch. He answered my hundreds of questions again and again. Helped to negotiate on the contract. He kept in contact with our lender. I can't say enough about how helpful, personable, knowledgeable Eric was and continues to be!
