Eric really knows houses. He really knows how to "kick a tire" on house so to speak. Meaning he is excellent at spotting flaws and damage in a home. This helps with picking a good house or getting a seller to reduce the price for you.

He even went to the property several times by himself to make sure he had the layout down, made recommendations for well and septic companies- contacted them and set things up making my life WAY easier.
