Eric really knows houses. He really knows how to "kick a tire" on house so to speak. Meaning he is excellent at spotting flaws and damage in a home. This helps with picking a good house or getting a seller to reduce the price for you.
Highly recommend Eric Kelly in the land buying process! He was extremely knowledgable, kept the timeline on track.
