Eric went above and beyond expectations he was there for every step of the way never had a problem when I called him always return the calls or answered right away was a big help and getting me moved and settled into my new home when I had just come out of the hospital a few days before selling my prior home. I met Eric after a prior real Estate had botched the sale of our home after 6-7 weeks. Eric Jenkins was the best decision I have made in my life next to my wife of 42 years. From the first minute we met it wa an amazing expierence. I have never met a more caring, respectful, confident , motivating, and enerjectic person in my life! From the first minute he entered the house all he did was talk about what a great house it was. He pointed out very important facts that the prior agent had missed. On the following day he was there making a professional video with classic music and highlighting all the great points to our property.
