Buying a house can be exciting but very stressful, especially in a very competitive market. That is why we feel that we were blessed to work with Eric. Honestly we have worked with people in many industries through our personal life and our business, and I can genuinely say that Eric is a rare find. When working with him you are not just another client, he treats you as if you were family and truly cares about helping you find exactly what you want while looking out for your best interest. In fact, many times as we were looking at houses he was was the one that would point to details that we missed that could have given us problems long term if we bought the house. He is the type of person that you just want to spend time with. After the closing we jokingly told him that we should buy another house soon since we enjoyed the process. I realize that all of the ratings are five star and he really deserves them. He gives service beyond what you would expect and he does everything possible to guide you and service your home selling needs. I have used other agents to buy and sell property and Eric is head and shoulders above them. If you want to sell property, Eric is the place to start.

Off the top of my head there's a few things in life that we all hate to do. These decisions can be daunting, anxiety ridden, & downright unpleasant. His commission rates are extraordinarily competitive & he works with you on every aspect in the sale or purchase of your home. After speaking with him, I looked at his online reviews. I could not find one bad or even semi-bad review. Impressive, I thought. I talked with other realtors but I kept coming back to Eric. He impressed me, he's energetic, respectful, an extrovert that is extremely personable, he's sincere & has proved to be honest. He has experience & proves it the moment he takes over & becomes a team member for you, the seller (in my case). I grew up as a military brat & so did he - that sealed the deal! Eric is excited and motivated, he had many images and videos uploaded quickly once we decided to move forward with selling our house. He is honest about the market, pricing and what to expect.
