Eric Jenkins sold our Florida condominium in July 2020 and we cannot say enough about his sales expertise. We put it up for sale right before the COVID epidemic hit the country. We honestly then believed it might be next to impossible to sell, but Eric never wavered. He is the most personable guy you'll ever meet and so real estate savvy. As a buyer I initially declined to pay the separate fee that he requested He asked for this fee because he goes the "extra mile" for all of his clients. I believed the commission he receives from the seller is sufficient compensation for his services. However, when I saw that he truly did go the separate mile for me I agreed to pay his separate fee. I was very pleased with his timely and knowledgeable service and would highly recommend Eric to buyers and sellers.

1st time dealing with Eric, he is very personable and patient. He was very responsive when we called and wanted to view any properties. Answered or found the answer to all of our questions. We did eventually purchase a property just at the start of the pandemic (March 2020) and because of that had to leave to return to Canada before closing. The property did not close (two times) on time because of issues with the title, I was ready to "jump off a ledge" Eric's helped in explaining what the problems were what my options were and attended the property on our behalf to check on it before it closed. His reassurances "talked me off the ledge" Thank You. I would most definitely recommend him and use him in the future. He is an asset to the Real Estate industry in the Pasco / Pinella's area.

Eric has assisted me now on 2 purchases. I wouldn't have anyone else. He answers immediately, he works hard for you and you at all times feel he is on your side. How often do you get that? This is the second home we sell in Florida since 2005; and we could not have been more pleased to work with Eric, he did everything for us, every time we called he answered, even when he was busy, he kept us in the loop with everything regarding the house, extremely satisfied with his services.
