Eric Hansen listed and sold my parent's home in The Gardens, Victoria Park, Deland. It was an excellent experience because of the service we received from Eric. First, he is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area which enabled him to suggest the correct selling price for the home. Obviously, this means that there would be appropriate interest and traffic. Becase of Eric's longterm experience in the area, he has many resources, for example painters, handyman, design consultant etc. Not only does he have these contacts, but he totally manages any project that needs doing, which was especially convenient for me since I do not live in the area.
