He was very responsive to our questions and provided continual updates. He is very personable and has a magnetic personality.

Not only was Eric professional and thorough in his work on my mom's behalf, he was very caring and patient in his treatment of my mother and always took extra time to be sure she saw everything she needed and got answers to all of her questions, many times repeatedly. Eric is a superstar among realtors. He is fully involved, hard working, efficient, dependable, prompt. His communication is excellent - timely, concise, to the point. He holds open houses, attends all showings, etc. When feedback from "lookers" indicated dissatisfaction with our floor, he brought in a flooring vendor and interior decorator. When we decided to replace our tile floor with a wood floor, he coordinated and oversaw the project on a daily basis over a 4-week period while we were on vacation. Eric Hansen just sold our home in Deland's Victoria Gardens & we highly recommend contactacting him if you want a true professional working on your behalf. We agree this was the least stressful & easiest real estate transaction we've ever experienced. Eric arrived for his interview with us appearing refreshingly professional in both his dress & demeanor. He was prepared with comps from within our neighborhood & all surrounding developments & exhibited an excellent working knowledge of the real estate market in our area. As our agent he was always easy to contact, prompt for all meetings & requested replies, respectful, polite & forever cheerful. Don't be fooled by his easy going nature, this man is highly organized, efficient & a ceaseless worker. For the majority of the time our house was on the market we were 2,000 miles away. We never worried about our home's security since Eric was present for every showing rather than hanging a lock box on the door & walking away. He checked on our home every week & also maintained our water feature for us. He was at the buyer's home inspection, informed us of a needed repair & then with our approval lined up a qualified repairman & oversaw the job to it's completion. We were looking for homes in the Victoria Gardens area, had not worked with a realtor there, one of the current residents received a post card in the mail from Eric and told us about the home he had sent the card on. We contacted him, and from that moment on we felt as though we were old friends. He asked us what we were looking for, our price range and said he would set up some properties for us to look at. This all started about two weeks before we were coming for our visit to do our new home search. Well as fast as the market changes - one house on the list, then off and another one, he knew of all of the activities as they happened and kept us posted on changes. We met Eric on a Monday morning at 10AM at the Victoria Garden main gate, he told us a little about the homes he was taking us to which included a broad spectrum of wonderful options. Eric was so helpful in explaining the area, the community and how the HOA operated. As we finished touring the last house on the list for the day, we asked if we could go back and look at the first one we saw. Eric called the owners to see if it was okay for us to come back, we did, had a lovely conversation with them, they told us more about the home, Eric help to orchestrate the conversation and we decided to write an offer on their property. We met again on Tuesday morning, wrote the offer, had a few more questions for the current owners, Eric called them, we talked through the questions, he presented our offer and they accepted it. As we went through the buying/closing process, Eric was there every step of the way - sending us emails with names of inspectors, contacts at the closing company, water utilities, cable/internet, etc. He ensured we knew deadlines of what needed to be done by when, worked with the owners to coordinate closing day - it all went so smooth thanks to Eric!!! If we buy another house or you need a realtor, be sure to call Eric. He has your best interest in mind every step of the way.
Eric was delightful to work with. He was professional, friendly and fun. We feel Eric made the process as easy as possible. You expect that calls may take all afternoon to return, but this was not the case with Mr. Hansen. needless to say, we were very please to have such response.
Eric sold our home in record time for a higher price than we were expecting and all with no problems whatsoever. I used to believe that the term "honest real estate salesman" was an oxymoron but Eric has proven me wrong. In our experience you cannot go wrong using Eric Hansen to sell your home.
