There are not nearly enough words or enough space to adequately convey how truly exceptional I think Eric is at what he does or how highly I regard him as both a professional and a human being. You MUST do yourself and your home search a favor and experience it for yourself. From the moment I met him, it didn't feel like I had a realtor at all; it felt like I had a best friend who just happened to have his real estate license. As best friends do, he intuitively knew what I might like and what I probably wouldn't. Once I found my home, Eric kept in constant and immediate contact with me as we moved through the home inspection/closing phase.
