About Eric

With over twenty years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Eric Grenkevich is an expert facilitator and financial guide. When asked about his profession, Eric says, “I love working with people on both sides of the table to achieve common goals. Consistently a Top Producer in Northeastern PA, a Multi-Million Producer each year, and after selling over $11 million in 2021, Eric continues to put his client's concerns first. He is amiable, intellectual, and aims to establish a solid working relationships with all of his clients. “You know, you need to have a good time with this process…looking for a new home should be a fun experience for buyers not stressful. I feel I have the type of personality that helps my clients get comfortable. I treat clients how I would like to be treated in a similar situation,” states Eric. When he's not assisting buyers and sellers, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Eric volunteers his time coaching youth baseball, soccer and basketball. He is an avid golfer, and is a member of the Valley Country Club. A native of Hazleton and a current resident of Sand Springs, Eric represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in Hazleton, Hazle Township, Drums, Conyngham, Sugarloaf, Freeland, Weatherly, Mountain Top and other nearby areas.
