Eric was super helpful and answered any and all questions we had during the buying process. We weren't able to come view the property in person so he went and made multiple videos to send to us and made sure to highlight certain areas and things in the unit. He made this a stress-free experience, and we highly recommend Eric.

Eric has been great to work with during my search for a condo in Myrtle Beach. Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for his clients. I would consider Eric and friend and would definitely recommend him as an agent.

Eric stayed w us on our purchase from the very first phone call... To handing us the keys. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying a home. It was a real pleasure working w Eric. I also recommended him to a friend who also bought a home. Looking to buy or sell, he's your man.

Eric has a wealth if knowledge and worked with my through my entire experience buying my home. He worked extra close with the contractors and always provided me with updates all the way up to my closing and afterwards. Continues to make sure I have everything I needed for my home buying process

Eric was great! He truly went above and beyond to help us. He made things very easy. He met with the inspector and contractor, etc when we couldn’t be there. He worked around our schedule and limited availability and even did things to help us after closing. You can’t find anyone better. I would highly recommend him

Eric Galvin is an amazing Realestate Agent!!!! Eric has impeccable customer service skills and always responds to texts, emails expeditiously. No matter the time of day or week, including weekends and holidays and even when he was on vacation, Eric always answered his phone!!!! He has a great understanding of the market and negotiating is not foreign to him. We would absolutely hire Eric again if we were to ever purchase another home. We highly recommend Eric Galvin. Eric treated us as if we were his only client, from day one we actually thought we were. Eric is very courteous, respectful, and always remained strong and positive. Purchasing a home can be stressful but Eric never faltered when he heard the anxiety in our voices, he was there to reassure us everything is going according to plan. He went way above and beyond for us. Eric Galvin gave us resources that were very trustworthy. We thank god every day for putting Eric Galvin in our life. We are so very happy with our new home and will be forever greatful to Eric for all his hard work and time he dedicated to us.
