Eric was a very energetic and extremely helpful in our move from the northeast down to the Mytle Beach area. He answered any questions he could or used his resources to get us quick answers. He got us showings with short notice. He helped make the move smooth and seamless. I highly recommend him to help anyone moving into the area.

Did a great job very responsive

I lived in NJ when Eric helped us with EVERY aspect of our property purchase. From specific questions about the property and SC, to helping us make an offer on our purchase that was accepted and saved us literally thousand$ of dollars! He answered all calls and texts and was more patient with us than I could've hope for. Even after our purchase and before we actually got there, Eric looked in on our home after hurricane Debby had hit. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you, Eric!

Eric was by far the most knowledgeable, understanding and flat out fun agent we have dealt with. His ability to predict our wants was incredible! Absolutely recommend Eric first line! Simply the best!

Eric made the process very simple. He communicated great with us and kept us informed. He was very easy to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have dealt with many realtors in the past but I had a wonderful enlightened experience with both Eric and his wife Amanda. They both were spot on with what we wanted and stayed within the money realm we made. We found our dream home thanks to Eric. I highly recommend him.

Eric & his Staff as well as his Wife Amanda were a pleasure to work with from day 1. We relocated from Boston and had been looking at property with Eric in Murrells Inlet. He listened to our wants and needs in a new home. He constantly asked for likes and dislikes. Learned our Goal first hand. He was patient in our looking and always available for phone calls to talk about properties. We ultimately found our dream home with him. He was there from start to finish. As we had been living up north he would do video walk thru’s for us. And then accompanied us to the closing. If you’re looking for a Professional and Dedicated Realtor in the Area I can highly recommend his services. I’m confident you will be happy with the choice. As we all know looking for property can be stressful at best. Eric will make that search Fun & Exciting….Good Luck in Your Search… Bill D

his team had to come into a very difficult situation and made the sale go smoothly. I thank him very much!

I found Eric to be a person I could count on. He was always there when I needed him. He knew what he was doing and I appreciate all the help that he gave me in finding my new home in South Carolina. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home. It was a great experience working with him.

Eric Galvin is the realtor that I thought I would never find. We have purchased 9 homes over the years and have never dealt with a Realtor as professional and knowledgeable as Eric. In addition to these qualities , Eric provided superior customer service. He visited the homesite numerous times during the construction and regularly supplied us with detailed videos showing us the progress. He also promptly responded to our phone calls and texts. Anyone who is in need of a Realtor, call Eric Galvin.
