Eric is a outstanding realtor! Eric was there for us from the initial start to the final closing. He assisted us on every step, answered all our question and kept us updated thru out the whole process. This is the sixth house we have owned. Eric has out done all the other realtors we ever had. I would recommend Eric to anyone.
My Husband and I were so grateful for my Eric’s hard work and dedication. He was on top of every detail, from the initial home search to the final closing. He was always ready to answer any queries and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way. His friendly and professional demeanor and kindness made the whole experience a joy. Thank you Eric!
Eric was with me every step if the way. From start ti finish. Being from out if state I could not be there in person all the time, so Eric provided me with virtual tours and videos of the progress of the construction of my new home. He connected with the right people to get the job done. Great job Eric and Amanda. My thanks to a great team!!!!
Eric was very hands on with the type of real estate we were looking for. We had excellent communication throughout the process which is important to me. We lived over 300 miles away and Eric made the transaction flawless. Highly recommend
Eric was straight forward and would answer any questions I had when buying and helped me learn some things as a new home owner.
Eric was awesome to work with. We live out of town and he made everything as smooth as possible. He’s response time to questions or concerns was great. He offered great advice and recommendations. We definitely will be using him for our future purchases
Eric is an awesome realtor. We were from out of state and he kept in close contact with us through out the whole process. He was very easy to work with and made the process as smooth as possible.
Eric always made himself available at any time to answer my questions. I was a pleasure to work with Eric for the whole process!
Eric was great at listing our home for a price that brought ton of attention and a quick multiple offer situation! Our home sold within 48 hours of being listed for over our asking price due to his advice and knowledge of the market. I recommend him all the time and would use his services again to help my family move into the situation that suits us best!!
I am so happy I went with Eric. He was right on the ball He knew what we wanted and although I was asking a lot, he came through in such a short time frame. He is honest and reliable. He really knows where to look for you and how to get exactly what you want. We are very happy. Thank you Eric for making our dream come true.
