I would consider Eric a true professional when dealing with real estate. When there was a problem that occurred he would do everything he can upfront to reduce the stress for his customer. In addition, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to get to the finish line where everybody is happy. I highly recommend Eric!
He is very knowledgeable and professional iwould not hesitate to recommend him to any one selling or buying. When I had some issues with bank inspections Eric took upon himself to resolve it. He is very helpful and is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get the deal closed.
