Emily was great to work with. Since we weren’t always local, she went out of her way to visit properties for us, send detailed videos, Facetimed us and keep us informed every step of the way. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she always had great recommendations for professionals to work with, making the whole process much less overwhelming. We spent over a year searching for the right home, and Emily was always there—answering our questions, checking out new listings, and never making us feel rushed. We’re so grateful for her help.

I recommend Emily with highest grades. She did perfect work in handling a stressful process of selling a property, making it flow easily and on a good schedule. She managed all parties -both me, (the seller), and the buyers with aplomb, efficiency and respect. She filled in the parts where I was unable due to my busy schedule. As a local rep, she was connected to other external groups required for the various aspects, from legal to septic to inspectors. Bottom line: I would work with her again without hesitation and suggest you do, too.

Emily was extremely helpful during our search for a property in Wellfleet. She knows most of the local realtors and all the different parties we needed to work with during the closing process. She also helped us get our last contingency "to-do" squared away by the deadline. We will definitely work with Emily again if we are in the market for another property in the area.

Emily was excellent through the entire process. She took time early on to get to know us and to understand what we were looking for, and was very clear about what we could expect from a pricing and inventory standpoint. With the spike in demand for homes, the process was a bit drawn out and Emily was extremely helpful and supportive through the entire process. Emily went to open houses and scheduled remote viewings for us and was really good at describing features of the house that you had to be on site to appreciate. Post our offer being accepted, Emily was on top of everything between the offer acceptance and the closing. She stayed on top of all of the parties and helped us make sure we met deadlines leading into the close (which is honestly a lot of work). Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely work with Emily again.
