With the spike in demand for homes, the process was a bit drawn out and Emily was extremely helpful and supportive through the entire process. Emily went to open houses and scheduled remote viewings for us and was really good at describing features of the house that you had to be on site to appreciate. Post our offer being accepted, Emily was on top of everything between the offer acceptance and the closing. She stayed on top of all of the parties and helped us make sure we met deadlines leading into the close (which is honestly a lot of work).
