I was recommended to Emily by chance through mutual connections and I cannot be more grateful with how that turned out. She was so friendly and welcoming to me during the daunting task of buying a home. All of the various steps of the process were clearly explained in detail and she worked to make it known that I was still in charge of calling the shots. She let it be known that I could search as quickly or slowly as I wanted and likewise, she would be as hands on or off as I liked. This extended from which areas to search for property all the way down to final negotiations with a seller. I could not have asked for a better realtor and I can’t wait to refer her to my friends and family in the future!

Words cannot capture how pleased I am to have chosen Emily as my real estate agent. She has gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that I found the perfect home for me as an investor. Emily was always professional. Her level of knowledge of real estate is impressive and I knew that I could rely on her judgement and understanding of not only the area that I purchased my home in, but in the entire home buying process. She was always responsive and kept me in the loop of the purchasing process. Her level of communication was essential to making my purchase happen well. Emily’s positive can-do attitude kept me going on many occasions when I was feeling overwhelmed. This is the second home I have purchased with Emily and I would not hesitate to purchase all my future homes with her. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best real estate agent, I would give Emily a solid 15!

We would rate higher if we could. Emily is definitely the one you want while making the biggest purchase of your life. After going through multiple realtors we finally came across Emily. After our first meeting and introduction with Emily we knew she was great and wanted her to be our realtor. We felt like we knew her for years after one conversation. Emily took the time to explain the home buying process and in a way we could understand. She also knew the answers to most of our questions and would get back to us within a short period of time on the ones she was unsure of. All you have to do is tell her the home you want and she goes right to work making sure it's yours. We never thought buying a home could be as seamless and easy as she made it. Emily made sure that we understood everything we signed and made sure that everyone else involved in the process (selling agent, sellers, lender, escrow) were all doing as they should. Even after closing she still keeps in contact to make sure we received everything we should have. She even paid for a key fob that was not her responsibility as it was the selling agents. Dont make the mistake we did and go with any agent you come across. It really matters who you choose and we were lucky enough to have found Emily Holmes.

Emily Holmes is by far the best and hardest working Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I live a very busy life as a single parent of 2 and selling a house can, and usually does, make that exponentially busier. However, with Emily on the job she made it a smooth and seamless transaction taking on most of the tasks that usually fall to the seller. For the most part all I had to do was open an email every so often and e-sign a document or two while Emily ensured the house was in tip top shape, cleaned, staged, priced competitively, and sold within about a week or two. This woman does it all and with a smile on her face. I cannot recommend Emily Holmes enough, without her I would probably still be on the market and lowering my asking price while still having to pay the mortgage.
