Emile was professional, prompt and all around helpful in all areas of our sale. We did not have to much as Emile handled all communication with the buyers and buyer’s agent. It was a great experience.

Great experience. We are from out of town so Emile kept us very informed every step of the way from the searching for the right home (FaceTimed showings to us) to the offer and acceptance to closing. He was extremely helpful with the inspection. Again we could not be there so he met with the inspector and was extremely helpful with what he felt like we needed to request from the seller to fix(a lot of items that were CO specific that we were not aware of). I would highly recommend Emile very knowledgeable and easy and great to work with.
