Buying with the Pools was an excellent experience! As a fist time buyer I had no idea what I was doing but Ellen walked me through every step and explained what was going on. Ellen took time to know what I wanted and then helped guide me on how to search for homes. She took lists of homes that I sent her and quickly responded back with feedback on these homes and neighborhoods. She found times that worked for my crazy schedule to go look at homes. Todd came during the inspection snd explained the report. During the final walk through, on the day before closing, the seller began to get aggressive but Todd stepped in to make sure I was safe. Together the Pools are an incredible team to work with! Even now after the sale when I need help with anything house related they are quick to help or guide me in the direction of someone who can.
