Ellen did an amazing job on all levels for us. We moved here from out of state and her knowledge of the area, expertise with the process, attention to detail and help in so many varied areas was invaluable. This is the second time I have hired Ellen to be my realtor and there was not a single doubt in my mind that I would ask her to be by my side again! Once we signed on with Ellen, she had a fantastic professional photographer at our home within 3 days, home listed 2 days later (while she was on vacation and out of state!) and open houses/showings that weekend. And most impressively we had three incredible offers to select from which Ellen walked us through in person on Monday following the last showing. And while we had a real estate lawyer representing us, it was Ellen who went above and beyond during that piece of the process. Ellen’s natural calm and warmth made what could have been a stressful process smooth and pleasant. We highly recommend Ellen to anyone looking to sell their home (or even thinking about it)!
