Once we signed on with Ellen, she had a fantastic professional photographer at our home within 3 days, home listed 2 days later (while she was on vacation and out of state!) and open houses/showings that weekend. And most impressively we had three incredible offers to select from which Ellen walked us through in person on Monday following the last showing. And while we had a real estate lawyer representing us, it was Ellen who went above and beyond during that piece of the process.
