I was in town for only one week to look at homes in Lazy River. Liz answered my request right away. She showed me two homes I was interested in. And, once I decided on the one I wanted to purchase. She got permission from owners for me to have an inspection as well as a company to look at the moisture barrier and flooring needs before I made the purchase and stayed at the home with me throughout the process. She is very professional and knowledgable but down-to-earth. My email was not working well so much of our communication and contract work had to be done by text or in person. She went above and beyond to make this all happen within less than a week.
