Elizabeth is an amazing realtor. She spent days with me showing me houses. When we finally settled on a home, she helped take care of everything. My husband and I live out of town and we could not have been luckier to find her. She went above and beyond what a realtor would do. She took care of pretty much everything. She helped us negotiate an amazing deal. When we weren't there for the final walk-through, she walked through it for us, videoed it and sent it to us. She made sure that everything that was supposed to be done in the house before we closed was done. She went over multiple times to check on things for me. She is truly absolutely amazing. While finding the home was quick & easy (thanks to Liz' quick discovery of a property that just went on the market the day we were scheduled to see some others & we had first dibs on it), the process to get our loan and all the other legal documents was not as smooth as we had hoped.
