I had the opportunity to work with other good realtors before, but no one gets even close to the care provided by Mrs. Laverde. I sold a home and bought a new one with her. She really stands out. She is really responsive, very knowledgeable and always have your best interest in mind. She will never, and I repeat, will never force any transaction on you if she does not fill the property is right for you. In 2009 I had several properties that I had listed with other realtors. After several months listed I had no results or possibility of selling with them. Then I met Elizabeth, she assured me if there was anything that could be done to sell I could count on her. So I figured what did I have to lose, here is someone that really appeared dedicated. I listed all my properties with her. At that time short sales were not very easy to get approved. Elizabeth worked hard hosting open houses and she managed to get so many offers on each property. Thankfully she has a meticulous attention to detail; all of the short sale packets were properly completed and submitted to the mortgage companies. It took several requests but after several offers to the banks, she sold one by one. I was able to walk away with relief and a smile. Since then I have recommended friends and family to her.
