It was a wonderful experience working with Elizabeth Goodchild and her team. She was willing and enthusiastic to walk us through the process, trying to learn what we desired and giving her expert understanding and opinions where needed. We were allowed time to make our decisions and not rushed when we needed it. At the same time, we were also educated about time sensitive issues along the way. Elizabeth has a lot of patience, pleasant demeanor is educative in the field.

The Goodchild team was very kind, responsive, and always available. Liz, Darien, and the entire team were so helpful and made things happen very quickly, which is what we wanted, and made sure that we understood everything going on as it was our first purchase.

From the moment she became my agent, Elizabeth moved quickly to get my house sold. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her guidance was invaluable. I had a difficult circumstance occur during this process but her kindness, compassion, and professionalism made selling my home possible. We can't say enough about the incredible job that Liz did to help us sell our property when we really weren't sure if we'd be able to find a buyer. The home was not in the greatest condition, and we didn't have a lot of funds to fix it up before putting it on the market. But Liz was undeterred. She seemed determined to help us even if the situation seemed impossible, and her enthusiasm gave us real hope. I appreciated the fact that she was considerate about our financial situation. Unlike other realtors we considered, she did not recommend any repairs that would have gone beyond our budget. But she did give us a handful of things to prioritize in order to put us in the best possible position to sell while keeping costs to a minimum. We also appreciated how frequently she communicated with us during the entire journey from putting the property on the market, negotiating with our buyer, and closing the sale. I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I left the closing table because a seemingly impossible situation became reality—all thanks to Liz! If you're looking for an honest, hardworking agent who will look out for what's best for her client and not just her bottom line, then run (don't walk!) to Liz's office. I can tell you from my experience that she will not let you down.

We had many set backs during the sale of our house, but Liz never gave up. She always had a positive attitude and figured out the problems to move forward on the sale. We would definitely use her again and recommend her highly.
