I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa, my real estate agent. ❤️ Selling my house was a very emotional and stressful experience for me, but having Lisa by my side made such a huge difference. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. She was patient, understanding, supportive, and always there when I needed her. She truly listened to me, guided me through every step, and worked incredibly hard to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Thanks to Lisa’s dedication, knowledge, and hard work, she was able to sell my house in just 20 days! I was so impressed and grateful for the way she handled everything. I’m not only thankful that she sold my house so quickly, but I’m especially thankful for the kindness and support she showed me during a very difficult chapter in my life. Jan was amazing in selling our old house 14 years ago, so we went back to her when we were purchasing in the NW suburbs. She was attentive to what we were trying to find, and went out of her way to contact the realtor for a house that had been on the market but was pulled off before we had the chance to see it. Thanks to her we were able to purchase our desired house, all because she knew what we were interested in and acted immediately to help us. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the NW suburbs of Chicago (and likely far more of the area, but we were only looking in the NW 'burbs), and was able to give us sound advice on the individual homes we were checking out. She was incredibly helpful to us selling many years ago, as we were able to sell quickly and at a good price, and was similarly great on the buy side, as we got a house we were very interested in and were able to negotiate well for it. VERY strongly recommend her.
