We worked hard to get our house ready to sell, under Elizabeth's helpful guidance. She brought in someone to help us stage our house for the pictures, which came out beautifully. We didn't expect to be selling our house during the pandemic, and that brought a number of challenges when buyers weren't willing or able to close escrow during the crisis. The delays and frustrations originated with the buyer's agent and their bank, not with Elizabeth. When it appeared the buyer would not get their loan, Elizabeth worked hard to bring us four backup offers in just a few days. She successfully negotiated the cancellation of one escrow and we entered into another that closed after a week. Elizabeth brought a great, positive attitude and her knowledge of and experience with the market were invaluable to selling our house. We were so glad to have her on our side.
