We had a great experience with Elise while looking for a home in CO. Since we lived in AL, we depended on Elise to give us the best advice on homes in CO. Everything was selling so fast it was difficult for us to fly out and view homes. That’s when Elise suggested new construction to avoid paying too much over asking price on an older home. The new construction worked great for us. We did have a few minor issues after closing with the HVAC unit, but Elise assisted us in making sure it was fixed quickly. We thought this was amazing because she didn’t have to help us do that. She really went above and beyond! Now we are loving our new home and neighborhood too!
