I met Elise at the beginning of a new life chapter. This involved the sale of my home where many memories were built. It is difficult accurately capturing, in words, what it was like erasing my children’s memories from the place we love so that others may find appealing. In that sanitizing our home from our loved memories, we (wife, children, and I) often had to simply sit there and cry to collect ourselves in order to get the house ready for it to sell. It too was a stressful morning the day we turned that front door key for the very last time as we sat in our vehicle, as it idled, staring at our home as one last good-bye. From the flooring to the chandeliers, and everything in between, the house was filled with love and was filled with my family's uniqueness. The backyard is where my daughter learned to ride her bike and where we shared many barbecues. We started many family traditions in that home. I want to start out by saying that without Elise to guide us along and help us navigate, we would have given up and missed out on what has ended up being a better first home purchase than we could have imagined. Every step of the way, she was ready to go, even when we weren't feeling confident. In 2025 we tried to buy a home with Elise but it simply wasn't going to work out at the time. Half a year later and Elise sought us out to feel the water and see if we were ready. From the beginning she didn't give up on us. This list is not exhaustive, but Elise is tenacious, intelligent, thorough, and most importantly, patient. Her readiness to hunt down the right home didn't translate into pressure to buy the first thing that popped up. Thanks to Elise, we scored a great rate, with an asking price nearly 10% below the list price. The seller's agent fumbled appraising the value of the home and Elise caught his mistake from the get go. She suggested what she thought the home would appraise at (100% accurate to the dollar in the end) and the contract negotiation fell wildly in our favor when she was proven correct. Our financing process was an absolute nightmare. The appraiser and lender made multiple mistakes despite multiple attempts at correcting and completing the underwriting process. Elise was on top of them, willing to advocate and escalate on our behalf, making sure that we were taken care of as buyers. Emails and phone calls being made before the sun was up and after it went down, for us. This is all to say that Elise is fantastic. We couldn't have ended up in a better spot.

I have used Elise for several real estate purchases and sales. Their are several agents out these who know what they are doing. The difference with Elise is that she goes the extra mile and she actually cares. Very rare in this market. And she makes me laugh!

Elise was very helpful and prompt in scheduling meetings and showings of properties. She also helped me through the entire offer process and was there through to closing. I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking into buying a home.

This was a difficult sell because the loan company had changed Servicing companies in the middle of the sale. All of the required forms had to be resent multiple times. Elise was very helpful and professional in getting this done.
