Elise was incredible to work worth! This was our first home purchase and she helped us make offers on several homes before one was accepted. Elise was available to field questions and view houses seemingly at anytime. The house we ended up buying was difficult to close on due to several inspection resolution items. Elise was able to contact the listing agent and advocate for our interest many times and we were happy with the compromises they came up with throughout the period we were under contract. We had worked with a different agent who wasn’t available when we needed them to be before choosing to switch over to working with Elise. The difference in their dedication to our pursuit of home ownership was night and day! I’m so happy we chose to switch to Elise because I am not sure we would have been able to purchase such an amazing house and get through the process without her! Elise’s experience and knowledge of the market is such an advantage, especially to those using a VA loan for their funding.
