Elise arranged for what we called an open house while tenants renting the house were still in it. During the open house she pointed out many things for us to consider: hasty patches to the ceiling after leaks were found and the roof repaired, pigeon droppings under the front porch roof, many golf balls in jars on the table on the back patio (meaning chances of golfers hitting into the back yard were possible), and other things.
