We spent 5 months looking for a house with Eliot and in the end because of a Job loss, didn't wind up purchasing. We saw many different houses and at some point they began to run together in our heads. But even when we couldn't remember them all, Eliot kept track of them all and would remind us of aspects of previous homes we liked or didn't as we continued to search. He has a great eye for evaluating potential problems and unusual property features - I was always amazed how he was so observant. Patient and always a positive attitude - even through months of searching. When the searching ended without a purchase, he was just encouraging and understanding. Excellent realtor, highly recommended, top choice!
