This was not the first real estate transaction I trusted to Elena: im a happy return customer! She is not only completely honest and hard working, but always available on short notice: a must in this fast moving market. Elena has a tremendous sense of both the rental and sales market (and engineered deals in both for me) and my experience with her was always completely professional, efficient and thoroughly enjoyable. She truly is the best!

Elena helped me purchase my First home. I knew nothing about real state. Elena took an incredible amount of her time to teach me absolutely everything about real state and the market. From prices to heating systems, desired areas not so nice neighborhoods. We saw about 30 listings before I made a decision on the house I purchased. At times we would show up to a front door and Elena will quickly turn around and simply say “not this one” I learned to trust her and she would later explained she smelled mold or saw water damage, things I was completely unfamiliar with, as I always lived in a city environment. This made it clear to me, Elena was not worried about a quick purchase, but was truly trying to help me find the right home. She did, and I got an incredible house. Due to work I had to move a couple of years later. Elena sold my house in no time and the transaction went smoothly. Unfortunately I had to move to another state and could no use elena to purchase my next house. When dealing with my next realtor I realized how different they could be and the pressure they put on you to almost force you into a purchase. I missed Elena tremendously and called her numerous times to ask her question about my current search for a new home. She always took the time to help and even though she was no longer my agent. I relied on her and shared listings of the homes I was interested in, and it was because of her guidance I ended up once again purchasing my dream home. My family and I will always be grateful and we love Elena.

Elena not only sold 11 Webster for us; she helped us find our current home BEFORE we could put 11 Webster on the market. This occurred during Nov 2020 (COVID). Elena guided us flawlessly through that process; with the patience OF A SAINT. We must have looked at 30 homes before finding the one we liked. Selling 11 Webster also had its challenges; the home was built in 1955 and had some “fixer upper” issues identified during multiple inspections. Again, Elena supported us on what and who to call to get all issues resolved. During this time, multiple potential buyers backed out… she stayed positive, professional and PATIENT. She juggled homes for us in both Pike and Lackawanna counties. We could not ask for a better combination of professionalism, patience and personality in an agent. I would recommend Elena to anyone.
